The Wedding Scene is founded by two events professionals with more than 20 years combined experience in the events, weddings, arts and music industries, and the disability sector.

Independently successful, Julie Fullerton & Bernadette Alizart - Julz & B - have now joined forces to create memorable, meaningful, and most importantly, FUN events for the Wedding Scene. 

​

Julie brings 12 years’ experience in planning and executing high level events with a laser-focused marketing and public relations skillset. Known for wedding expo delivery, wedding magazines, wedding planning and on the day coordination, Julie's calm nature and direct approach allows her to 'get things done', with a smile.

Bernadette brings 15 years as a wedding entertainment specialist, vocalist and arts entertainment professional leading her own weddings, corporate and entertainment company and more recently overseeing the largest disability and NDIS related events in Australia’s history in Qld, NSW, VIC and WA.

A sought-after MC and former journalist, Bernadette brings comms skills, a good nature, a naughty laugh and a fab time.

Together, Julz and B have spearheaded world class events and expos to high acclaim. Working together is the natural progression as they merge seamlessly and effectively on events with meaning and purpose – oh and did we mention: fun!
